We manufacture pre-assembled jumper cables of 2-150 m length with interface A to F connectors and terminations for any kind of medium voltage power distribution grid and industrial applications up to 72 kV.
With terminations and connectors installed on standard XLPE or EPR insulated cables, Nexans follows customers’ specifications concerning cable length, screen connection and accessories’ alignment to deliver turn-key solutions for the easy and quick installation to transformers and switchgears in medium voltage power distribution grids.
Premium quality and performance. Using its over 30 years’ experience on producing and installing MV power accessories, Nexans has designed and runs an outstanding in-house ISO-certified installation process, manufacturing high-quality MV jumpers, selected e.g. by reputable wind turbine and substation manufacturers.
Best quality is achieved and monitored due to partial discharge tests up to 72 kV in our in-house test cabinets to ensure premium quality of cables, accessories and installation for outstanding performance and lifetime of our jumpers, mandatory for reliable power distribution systems.
